Israel and Saudi Arabia - A Two Sided Coin
Israel and Saudi Arabia - A Two Sided Coin
The United States government is not run by the people of the United States. It is in actuality controlled by powerful well connected special interest. The most powerful of these special interest is the oil industry (even more powerful than the war industry).
Oil wars are extremely profitable to both the war industry, and the oil industry. Oil wars create instability, and uncertainty in oil supplies which leads to increased oil prices. Oil wars also pump hundreds of billions of dollars into war industries.
Aside from the motivations of greedy multinational corporations within the energy and defense industries there are other powerful interested parties which hope to shape and control U.S. foreign policy.
Among those interest are Saudi Arabia, and Israel.
Saudi Arabia for example owns fifteen percent of the United States, and exerts enormous political and economic pressure over corrupt (all) U.S. lawmakers.
Israel is a state devoid of oil, or any other important natural resources. Except for Israel's geographic location it is completely lacking in any strategic or economic value to the U.S. Despite this fact Israel has a virtual stranglehold over U.S. Middle East foreign policy through the use of lobbying (bribes) via the IPAC (Israeli Political Action Committee).
The Bush family owes most of its wealth to Saudi Arabia, and the President of the United States of America should be seen as a foreign agent for Saudi Arabia as he does their bidding. Not only did George W. Bush's wealth come from Saudi Arabia, but it is most certainly true that the majority of his future income will come from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia also owns George Herbert Walker Bush (the President's father) as well.
Saudi Arabia, and Israel are publicly perceived to be enemies, yet they share several similar goals when it comes to controlling U.S. foreign policy. Both nations seek to keep the U.S. military engaged in a quagmire in Iraq, and both nations desire that the U.S. attack Iran.
Both Saudi Arabia, and Israel share another important objective, and that is to discourage a move of the U.S. toward energy independence.
The simple, and undeniable truth is that if the United States became energy independent, it would no longer be subject to Middle Eastern blackmail by any Middle Eastern nation, including Israel, and Saudi Arabia.
If the U.S. shifted its reliance for fuel from oil to domestically produced biodiesel it would most certainly lead to a reevaluation of the relationship which has existed between the U.S. and the Middle East in general. This does not imply that the U.S. would become an isolationist empire, however, it is obvious that the United States would be less likely to overreact to pressures being put upon it from the Middle East.
As Americans pay higher prices for everything, from gasoline, to food, they should understand that their corrupt (all) elected officials have been promised high paying jobs after they leave office by those who truly control the U.S. government.
While the ice caps melt, and sea levels rise the U.S. has only begun to admit that there may be a global ecological catastrophe in motion - caused by the release of carbon dioxide through the burning of fossil fuels. This lack of response, which should be viewed as a form of insanity, is entirely understandable when understood as the result of corruption within the U.S. government.
America's government will continue to be a corrupt, and inept partner in crime against the best interest of the people of the United States. The citizens of that nation will continue to watch as their future remains caught within a stranglehold of Middle Eastern subterfuge, and intrigue.
May God Bless America! Long live the true American patriots, and to hell with the traitors who have betrayed our beloved nation to foreign interest. As the oil runs out, and it surely will, the true America will find its voice being heard again. Prepare oh Israel and Saudi Arabia for that day is coming within the lifetimes of those alive today (2008).

Harpooning The Killer WAMU
Another Harpoon In The Side Of The Evil Beast
June will be a very big month too as I plan to bring the balance down by an additional $1400.
I will slay this whale by August!
And why do I post this?
Because this evil credit card company obviously believed I couldn't escape from their 30% annual rate which they punished me with for having gone over my credit limit by $5.85.
They are an evil company, and believed they could enslave me in never ending debt, but instead I will deny them the thousands of dollars they could have made from me in interest if they had only treated me fairly.
Don't Let Me Down
Beatles - Don't Let Me Down
I love the Beatles.
We make our meals. We clean our streets. We do our jobs. And then we sleep.
But the music continues.
And will.
Long after we are gone.
Years from now others will say
I love the Beatles - not in the past tense - but in their then and now.
Music transcends time.

Good Riddance Greedy Washington Mutual
Good Riddance Greedy Washington Mutual
Right around Christmas (2007) I made some changes to my Real Rhapsody online music account so that my daughter could download songs to her newest MP3 player.
Real Rhapsody ended up double billing us that month, which put us over our credit card limit. We had carefully avoided going over limit, but with Christmas we were left without any buffer.
Rhapsody compensated us, and gave us three months free service, but the event triggered a change in rates on our Washington Mutual Credit Card.
What had been a barely acceptable credit card rate before skyrocketed to 30%
That's right 30%
They didn't seem to care that it wasn't our fault.
This is a card we have left close to the maximum limit for nearly a year (since saving our cat Koshi's life).
Each month we have paid just the amount needed, but no more. We've been busy this last year paying off my daughter's car, and now my own. And we also are paying for a vet bill.
WAMU was making a good bit of interest off of us - let me tell you, but then they had to go and get greedy.
Thirty Percent? What is this, and episode of the Sopranos?
I obtained a loan from a secured source at an acceptable rate of interest, and I will now pay the WAMU card off by August.
Greed may be good, but it works best when your victims have no way out - but that's a lesson I'm sure WAMU knows well.
I know I shouldn't cancel the card - it will hurt my credit to payoff the card and then cancel it - and that is surely what the India call center wo/man will tell me the day I call them to cancel their card (that's what the last credit card company said when I canceled the last card).
But I'm going to do it - I'm going to cancel the card with relish.
In the meantime our so called representatives, who are in bed with companies like WAMU, allow credit card holders to get screwed by companies like this. I've read where WAMU is in financial troubles. I bet if they started going under, they'd beg for a federal handout, and probably get one.
Four Dollars Per Gallon Gasoline Rant
When I bought my SUV last Fall gasoline prices were under three dollars per gallon - not much under - but still under. Before I purchased my Mountaineer I calculated what it would cost to drive the vehicle. I generously added a quarter to the cost of a gallon, not believing gasoline would rise in cost much more than that in the coming year. If I had only known.
Gasoline has risen in price approximately 33% in the last six months.
It now cost me $88 dollars to fill up my 22 gallon tank.
I fill up twice a month.
Just six months later it now cost me $60 more per month to drive my SUV.
Where did the money come from?
From cutting back on everything else - that's where.
The other night I drove my daughter over to her friend's apartment, then went back home. I then went back to pick her up. Providing my daughter a ride to, and from her friends cost me $4.00. I've told my daughter after that night that she'll have to drive herself there in her car, which gets twice the miles per gallon as my SUV.
I have decided to drive the speed limit!
I've noticed that I'm not the only commuter driving an SUV that has begun obeying the posted speed limit. It's a funny feeling driving down the road knowing that I am obeying the law.
The little cars still fly past, but I'm now much much much safer, for not only am I driving a tank, but I'm finally driving at a safe speed.

Closed Minds Frightened Of Open Minds
Closed Minds Frightened Of Open Minds
There's a part of being human that ties us all together, and although we know it exist we often deny it. This extraordinary, and yet fundamental part of our existence is often referred to as spirituality, psychical ability, or extra sensory perception.
This essay is not intended to dispassionately present any evidence of the existence of psychical phenomena, as that would be a waste of time for me at this point in my life. Instead I'll skip to the chase.
People deny what they must to focus upon talents which enable them to survive.
Connecting closely means losing ego, and psychological space.
Imagine trying to solve a set of complex multi step math equations in your head when you feel connected to other's minds, or that they are connected to your mind.
Not an easy task.
This is at the heart of the matter - each individual makes a subconscious choice - as to how far they can grow in knowledge as to their inner ability - to being "open".
The foundations of our modern technology based society demands eschewing our fuller, and truer nature. We need steel trap minded scientist concentrating upon small parts of big problems - working together to create a brighter future - filled with ever more complex machines.
This schism between open mind personality, and closed mind personality can be seen between the arts which are holistic, and the sciences which progressively become ever more specialized.
It is exemplified by the wave versus the particle (and this can not be understated as important to a greater understanding).
And while human culture at this point in its technological infancy may feel assured that a simple thing like spirituality, or psychical ability, can be ignored, the physics behind that spirituality can not be ignored - at least not for much longer.
What effect this awakening will have upon mainstream human culture is a subject for another essay.

NASA To Make Major Nerd Announcement
Will NASA Unveil A Chandra Image Similar To This Black Hole Rendition?
NASA To Make Major Nerd Announcement
A somewhat mysterious media advisory was posted to NASA's website. Rumor has it that it may be the first direct observation of a black hole! O.K. admittedly this is for nerds, but it's still very interesting - or at least I think so. While black holes are fairly common, and the effects which they have on surrounding matter is well documented the direct observation of a black hole would be a first.
Here's the announcement:
MEDIA ADVISORY : M08-089
